When I first started working at ANR 20 years ago, I built a field service from the ground up to handle our recruiting and data collection. Consequently, I have a very strong sense of ownership. It’s really “my baby.” Because we are committed to delivering an end product that is completed on time, within budget and that meets client specifications, we limit the number of projects we accept at one time. That way, our best resources and full attention are available to every client.

The best part of running a field service and recruiting focus groups is the creative thinking it requires. Most of the time I am asked to find a needle in a haystack and I do it. That’s the fuel that keeps me going.
